Selection Procedure For GBO

• According to the bank, a written test may or may not be conducted depending upon the number of applications. 

•  we expect the written test will be conducted consisting of objective type questions.

• The candidates should have valid score card issued by IBPS

•  Candidates shortlisted in Written phase will have to go through GD/Interview phase.

• Written Test [i.e. 250 Marks (Objective Test & Descriptive Test)] 

•  Personal Interview of 100 Marks will be prepared in descending order on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained, under the respective SC / ST / OBC / GEN Category

How To Apply

• Candidate should have a valid e-mail id.

• The candidate should apply on-line through website www.bankofindia.co.in 

• candidate should take out Print-out of  Challan from Page 10 of the Notice on our website

• Against the above-said Challan, the candidate should make the payment of fees in any of the Bank of India branches on or before 31.01.2012. 

• Candidate should visit again our website www.bankofindia.co.in under the caption “Recruitments  / Career” and should fill up the application available by clicking on Page

• Application should be printed to be kept ready for submission at the time of interview at the Interview Venue

 General Banking Officers:

General Banking Officers Scale - IV (86 Posts) :- 

   Age: 30 - 40 Yrs. 

  EducatinDetails :Minimum 50% aggregate in Graduation

  Experiance        : 10 Years in Banking 

General Banking Officers Scale - V (24 Posts) :-

    Age: 35 - 45 Yrs. 

    EducationDetails: Minimum 50% aggregate in Graduation 

    Experiance: 15 Years in Banking

The fee for this Application is Rs.200 [no fee for SC/ST/PWD/EX-Serviceman].

• Has to be paid at any Bank of India branches with the given Payment Challan by Jan 16,2012. After payment of fees and scanning your Photograph and signature, you may apply online through the given link.
• Take a printout of the application to be handed over at the time of Interview
• The call letter of Written exam (If held) will be downloaded from Feb 09, 2012. We will post the link once available for your convenience.
